Toronto-born Dan Wong is an Assistant Professor in the Web Design in the Advertising Design and Graphic Arts Department at New York City College of Technology, CUNY. Professor Wong holds a Masters of Fine Art degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art, a four-year AOCA degree from the Ontario College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Since 1999 Professor Wong has has been working in the field of Medical Communications. He has worked as creative director of design and marketing in educational publishing , pharmaceutical marketing, and continuing medical education (CME). He has launched corporate products, directed design services, and created technology solutions for both established global companies and start-ups. Professor Wong has combined his interests in science, education, communications, business, technology and the arts to bring an understanding to students whose interests span a variety of topics. Clients served: Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Boehringer Ingelheim, Altana, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis, Abbott, Elsevier, MediMedia USA, Inc, Dowden Health Media, Inc. and others.
