As Government of Canada's website shows, from 2009 to 2013, CCKSF had failed to file their reports. All their executives and directors do not match the one on Government file as well. This federation is a fraudulent organization. There are even victims who already spoken out online to make the public aware of this scam which had been in Canada for over 25 years, but not filing a single page to the Government for many years.

Lee Chi Wai is not on the CCKSF executives list, and he have no relationship with CCKSF as of 2013 too. The leader of CCKSF should be Sunny Tang or others on the list on government file but none of them were actually in the federation / organization today, which proved that this is either a scam or fraud organization.
