Richard T. Lee (Chinese: 李燦明; pinyin: Li Cànmíng) is a BC Liberal Member of the Legislative Assembly, in the province of British Columbia, Canada. He has represented the riding of North Burnaby since the 2001 election. He was re-elected in the 2005 election and 2009 election. He had been serving as Parliamentary Secretary for the Asia-Pacific Initiative from June 2005- May 2009.

Lee was born in 1954 and married to Anne in 1986. They have 3 children.
