Devi Sharma (politician)




Devi Sharma is a Canadian politician, who was elected to Winnipeg City Council in the 2010 municipal election, representing the Old Kildonan ward. She is the first Indo-Canadian elected to Winnipeg's municipal government.

Prior to her election, Sharma was an executive assistant in the office of councillor Mike O'Shaughnessy, her predecessor as Old Kildonan's councillor.
