Lee produced, directed and wrote the documentary ''Meet and Eat at Lee's Garden'' which takes a look at Chinese-Canadian restaurants in Montreal in the 1950s and what they meant to the Chinese community and their Jewish customers. In 2022, it was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for Best History Documentary Program or Series. It is currently available for streaming on CBC GEM.
