Monita Rajpal is a Canadian CNN International news anchor, based at the network's London office, where she anchors World One, along with her co-anchor Zain Verjee.
Monita Rajpal was born in Hong Kong and is of Indian origin. She spent most of her childhood in Hong Kong before emigrating to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In addition to English, she speaks conversational Cantonese, French and Punjabi.
