Born in 1981 in Guyana, South America to parents of Chinese, Portuguese and Indian ancestries. A self-proclaimed artist, Anna adamantly embraces her multifaceted heritage in aspects of everyday life. Anna holds a BSc in Architecture (UG), MSc in Urban and Regional Planning (UWI), and is currently completing a PhD in Civil Engineering (construction engineering management concentration) (UNB). | |||
Professional interests include knowledge management tools and practices in construction non-profit volunteer organisations in the AEC industry, sustainable building, disaster risk management, post-disaster recovery & reconstruction, innovative social housing initiatives, youth & community development, and architectural heritage preservation. | |||
