Carolyn Fe
I am a Filipino Blues Singer and would love to share my experiences as an Asian in the music industry.
Carolyn Fe has been an active performance artist in Montreal for over 25 years; from contemporary dancer, actress, theatre producer and now her latest project, Carolyn Fe Blues Collective – a Blues band with musicians from all corners of the world.  Aside from being the lead singer/songwriter of the band, she oversees all the business aspects required to keep the band working and self-producing albums. To date two out of the three albums released have garnered industry acknowledgements and awards. The latest being an Achievement Award from the Filipino Community not only in the artistic realm but also as a role model in promoting a positive image of Filipino-Canadians. In all her artistic endeavours, Carolyn Fe combines her business savvy so that she can pay it forward to the causes and events that are close to her heart. www.carolyn-fe.com
