Her personal mission is to bring attention how the ordinary can become extra-ordinary.  Through her company she manages choreographer, Julio Hong; music group, Rumbakwa; theatre research and performance ensemble,Rencontres/Encounters ; and the Afro Cuban Association of Montreal.  Farah also is a public speaker for organizations who uses the arts as a means to strategize for economic development, goal setting, re-visioning, or for those who want an experience simply for the love of the arts.
