Ray Hsu is author of Anthropy (winner of the Gerald Lampert Award) and Cold Sleep Permanent Afternoon. While completing his Ph.D. in English Literature at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he taught for over two years at Oakhill Correctional Institution, where he founded the Prison Writing Workshop. He now teaches at the University of British Columbia.
