Thien Vu Dang aka VJ Pillow performs in Montreal's electronic scene since spring 2001. His visual performances merrily mix elements of documentary, fiction and experimental videos to construct a new kind of cinema. The architecture of the living city and the system that regulate the society are his main inspiration. His work is a constant quest to find new ways of communicating through images and sound. He finds in video performances an ideal organic playground for his experimentations.
