Dr. Bobby Siu is the President of Infoworth Consulting Inc. He has over 30 years of working experience in employment equity, human rights, ethnic/race relations, and diversity. He has done extensive research work on diversity for George Brown College and, as a consultant who worked with the Trinity Group (a team of multinational companies and the federal government) that had developed a measuring tool for diversity progress. He developed an employment equity training module for HRSDC, trained HRSDC staff on employment equity and staff of the Ontario Human Rights Commission (OHRC) on systemic discrimination, and conducted extensive focus groups and interviews for Cadillac Fairview, Cathay Pacific, GlaxoSmithKline, and the Canadian Cancer Society. | Dr. Bobby Siu is the President of Infoworth Consulting Inc.
