Wikis Ginger Garden, a public potluck gathering to eat, drink, and talk about burning questions and projects in arts, education, community and ventures creates an intimate space for sharing information, exchanging ideas, and to encourage self representations. Presenters who identify themselves as Asians/ mixed race present their most recent works in 5 minutes followed by a Q & A of 5 minutes. Wiki’s Ginger Garden facilitates a fortunate happenstance, a serendipity celebrating accidental discoveries and connections where imaginations can be captured. Presentations are video documented with permission and contributed to the asiancanadianwiki.org (ACWiki). The definition of "Asian" includes people of mixed race, who ethnically identify themselves as Asian, and whose ancestors come from countries on the continent of Asia that comprises the East, Southeast, South, Central and Middle Eastern Asia.
Please bring your plate, utensils, cup etc. to minimize waste.
