Festival «Musiques et Danses d’Asie»

Montréal, Asian colors and rhythms are converging in the enchanting scenery of the Chinese Garden of “Musiques et Danses d’Asie” presented by Festival Accès Asie in collaboration with the ChineseGarden of the Botanical Garden and la Société du Jardin de Chine de Montréal. The Festival runs from Thursday, to Sunday, at 1:30pm, 2:30pm and 3:30pm. Artists perform three times a day will give the audience a chance to discover the beauty of traditionally based Chinese, Indian, Persian, Japanese and Philippine music and dance. This event attracts more than 2,500 visitors every year. Founded in 1995 to celebrate Asian Heritage Month, Accès Asie formed in response for a need to increase the presence of Asian arts in Quebec’s cultural landscape.
