FILCAS is a vibrant community organization in the City of Saskatoon. Founded in 1973 with the core objective of preserving and enhancing Filipino Heritage among members. FILCAS serves as the mother all Filipino organizations in the city and preparing to accomodate the majority of Filipino-Canadian organizations in the province of Saskatchewan. Currently spearheading major Filipino-Canadian activities such as June 12 Philippine Independence Day, Sports Tournament, Folkfest, and Filipino-Canadian Annual Christmas Party.

MISSION & VISION[edit]

  • To provide outstanding leadership and assistance, while promoting and preserving Filipino Culture, encouraging youth and a stronger community.
  • A strong, sustainable Filipino Heritage for the community.
