Free text: FILCAS is a vibrant community organization in the City of Saskatoon. Founded in 1973 with the core objective of preserving and enhancing Filipino Heritage among members. FILCAS serves as the mother all Filipino organizations in the city and preparing to accomodate the majority of Filipino-Canadian organizations in the province of Saskatchewan.
