His previous work experience includes coordiator at the Global Futures Speakers Series, editorial assitant at Canadian Literature, survey coordiantor the the University of British Columbia, marketing director at Festival Acces Asie and archive and oral history researcher for the Multicultural History Society of Ontario.

He has done extensive research on issues of race, gaming, youth, gender, and authenticity and has presented at various academic conferences across Canada as well as work as an expert panelist for the CBC and Radio Canada International and has guest lectured several times at Concordia University.  He has also worked as a research assistant for three different professors and has worked on a variety of different academic projects.
Robert works as a lead writer for Schema Magazine, is currently working on a graphic novel and occasionally does standup comedy.
