WORKSHOP CONTENT:
- 52 basic mudras(hand gestures);
- 104 expressive dance mudras;
- 8 styles of dance walks
- 15 combinations of feet and hand steppings;
- 10 combinations of eye, neck, torso & hip combinations;
- Many slow and fast rhythmic dance movements using all the above techniques AND MUCH MORE AND LOTS OF JOY!
- Choreography piece
