Lian D. Chan is an educator, entrepreneur, and writer. She also has experience in film production, editing and facilitating/producing.  She is currently the Chief Assistant at an after school learning centre.

Lian holds a Bachelor of Arts, 2004 with a major in Strategic Communication (Public Relations) and Ethnic Communities (Asian and First Nations) from the University of Washington, Seattle.
